I love the videos of the inspection that informs and shows me of what the vehicles condition is in and what should be fixed if anything. I came in for the first 10,000 mile oil change and to get the sos warning that all VW’s and Audi’s get at some point and got shown the condition of my brakes, every light on the car and every other item on the vehicle you can think of. I’m not only satisfied with owning the vehicle for 7 months but the entire process of interacting with Emich Volkswagen!

I just leased an ID.4 with Nermina’s excellent guidance. She was patient and answered my every question. We had great conversations during the test drive. I feel like I have a new friend. She was not at all pushy and just wanted what was best for me. I will definitely be back to see her at Emich when my lease is up. Oh and it is a really fun car!

I had an excellent car buying experience which was easy and convenient. Nermina, the sales consultant I worked with, was well informed about the technology and features of ID.4 and was not pushy. We were able to negotiate a satisfactory deal without much hassle. Overall, the employees at Emich seem much more informed about electric vehicles compared to other competitors in the Denver area.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve definitely bought a few vehicles in my history). We started browsing for my partner a few months ago and decided to go a different direction for him. However, when I was ready we came back here to check things out. Shar was our sales person and she was AWESOME! She was knowledgeable and supportive but not pushy. Thomas in finance was also great. I really do feel that I got a great vehicle (2024 Tiguan) and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend coming here and I will most definitely be referring people to come here.
