In addition they delivered the car to me because I was sick , my x5 bmw was at the dealership in the service shop at the time and 8 1/2 months pregnant! I live by McDonald vw and was told there was nothing they could do for me to get me into the car I wanted but most importantly needed. "Josh was great. The first time I met with him I left to think about whether or not I was going to buy. The car I was initially looking at was sold a couple days later. However, he called with another car that was still in my price range and I liked even more than the first one. We bought at vw because of th consideration that was given to my needs, wants and price range. Josh worked hard to satisfy those needs. I'm usually very skeptical about dealerships because I've previously been taken advantage of. I left emich feeling like I got a good deal and that Someone was looking out for my best interests and not theirs. I will certainly recommend emich and josh to others. "I traded in a '09 Jetta Sportwagen for my new Tiguan. I ad purchased the Jetta back east in '09 specifically for my move to CO. This is my 3rd winter in Denver & I decided I definitely needed AWD (vs front wheel). When I moved here, I did some research & selected Emich for servicing my Jetta. I actually know the Tynan's (a competitor), buy my research was far more positive for Emich in the area of customer service. To date, I totally satisfied with my choice. I can also say that my experience with Steve & Blake at Emich in purchasing the Tiguan was a far better experience than with the DC area VW dealership in '09 when I traded in my Passat for the Jetta. I anticipate a continued good relationship with Emich with my new Tiguan."

John Orlando was a great sales consultant. He laid out all of my options and didnt pressure me either way. I know that everyone works on commission however not pressuring the buyer is a big plus. And Mr. Orlando did just that.
On a side note, I cleaned out my trade in and accidentally left CD's in the changer. He informed me the next day and just sent them to my house. Great service! I'll see him for my 2015 GTI!"

"My previous Tiguan was purchased from McDonald VH and it was the worst experience EVER...and I was seriously never purchasing another VW again, after purchasing 4 consective VW vehicles. However, after the high level of service I received from Franz and the team at Emich, and the lovely, carefree car I received, I have totally changed my opinion. I am so happy I happened to come in to purchase a new part a couple weeks ago because I my opinion is completely different now and I am happy again with my car, like I had been with my Jetta and the 2 new Beattles, I had had prior to the 2010 Tiguan I just traded in. The folks at Emich were very accommodating and were able to get my car ready to pick up in less than 24 hours . Blake gave me lots of good information about Passat wagons on my first visit, and took me on a test drive of a car with higher miles - I didn't want to drive the one I ended up buying until the alignment and tire issues were remedied. "In trying to identify the vehicle for me to purchase, my husband and I visited 5 dealerships within less than a week, which was overload for me. We found our Emich Sales Consultant, Joe Dax, to be the best of all the Sales Consultants we met with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles (Tiguan and GTI), honest, sincere in his desire to be helpful, responsive in following up on our inquiries, and was not pushy. Although we did end up upgrading to a more expensive vehicle, it was totally our decision after being presented with the alternatives to meet our needs (I wanted a sun roof). There were no purchase price games. We found the same to be the case with Dave Maestas, the Business Manager. He was thoughtful in responding to our questions, gave us honest opinions, and was pleasant to deal with. My past dealings with car dealers have not been pleasant, so I was prepared for something other than this. I have been sharing my Emich experience with friends and acquaintances, and have heard that the service experience will be similar. I also appreciated the shuttle service - I took advantage of it when I needed to pick up my car after having the windows tinted. The driver could not have been more pleasant."

"Our salesperson, Kevin of Emich VW, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the GTI. He made our visit more pleasant than we were expecting. Our previous test drive of the GTI didn't go as well as to Emich VW. The other Denver VW dealer took us for a test drive not explaining anything and then brought us back to the sales office to start the paperwork process. However, Kevin gave a thorough demonstration of the vehicle's Navigation, steering wheel controls, and stereo functions. He also lead us through a complete walk around of the vehicle's exterior, trunk, and engine that we were not expecting during our test drive. We were really satisfied with his detailed briefs and felt confident with the vehicle after we left the dealership. In addition, the finance specialist, KB, was also very helpful on meeting our needs. He explained all the paperwork, warranty information, and additional services very thoroughly. He was very down to earth and relatable.
Even after the purchase and for our first service, the Emich staff continued to greet us the moment we walked through the doors not forgetting who we were. Again, we are totally satisfied with Kevin and the Emich team for making our experience truly special. "It was a great experience. Jon Orlando was great to work with. He was timely on follow up and was very honest on the pros and cons of the 4 cylinder versus the 6 cylinder model of the CC. Jon worked hard to try to source a 6 cylinder but it ended up that very few vehicles were available in the Western States. The overall experience at the dealership was the best we have ever encountered, having bought previous Mercedes, Audi and Saturn vehicles in the past.

"Due to the time of my purchase it was more important to get me home than to make the car clean and I totally agreed. I needed to bring it back for window tint the following Saturday, so then it was cleaned as it would have been on the first day of purchase. All the sales reps were so engaging toward the purchase of my cc while I was waiting for this or that, was a nice feeling. Paul Auerbach went out of his way for me regarding some glue that was on the driver's door and I'm sure he was working on other paperwork, but he came out with some solvent and cleaned it off...great touch!"
