"John Orlando was a great sales consultant. He laid out all of my options and didnt pressure me either way. I know that everyone works on commission however not pressuring the buyer is a big plus. And Mr. Orlando did just that.

"My previous Tiguan was purchased from McDonald VH and it was the worst experience EVER...and I was seriously never purchasing another VW again, after purchasing 4 consective VW vehicles. However, after the high level of service I received from Franz and the team at Emich, and the lovely, carefree car I received, I have totally changed my opinion. I am so happy I happened to come in to purchase a new part a couple weeks ago because I my opinion is completely different now and I am happy again with my car, like I had been with my Jetta and the 2 new Beattles, I had had prior to the 2010 Tiguan I just traded in. The folks at Emich were very accommodating and were able to get my car ready to pick up in less than 24 hours . Blake gave me lots of good information about Passat wagons on my first visit, and took me on a test drive of a car with higher miles - I didn't want to drive the one I ended up buying until the alignment and tire issues were remedied. "In trying to identify the vehicle for me to purchase, my husband and I visited 5 dealerships within less than a week, which was overload for me. We found our Emich Sales Consultant, Joe Dax, to be the best of all the Sales Consultants we met with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles (Tiguan and GTI), honest, sincere in his desire to be helpful, responsive in following up on our inquiries, and was not pushy. Although we did end up upgrading to a more expensive vehicle, it was totally our decision after being presented with the alternatives to meet our needs (I wanted a sun roof). There were no purchase price games. We found the same to be the case with Dave Maestas, the Business Manager. He was thoughtful in responding to our questions, gave us honest opinions, and was pleasant to deal with. My past dealings with car dealers have not been pleasant, so I was prepared for something other than this. I have been sharing my Emich experience with friends and acquaintances, and have heard that the service experience will be similar. I also appreciated the shuttle service - I took advantage of it when I needed to pick up my car after having the windows tinted. The driver could not have been more pleasant."

"Our salesperson, Kevin of Emich VW, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the GTI. He made our visit more pleasant than we were expecting. Our previous test drive of the GTI didn't go as well as to Emich VW. The other Denver VW dealer took us for a test drive not explaining anything and then brought us back to the sales office to start the paperwork process. However, Kevin gave a thorough demonstration of the vehicle's Navigation, steering wheel controls, and stereo functions. He also lead us through a complete walk around of the vehicle's exterior, trunk, and engine that we were not expecting during our test drive. "My experience was different than normal because the first vehicle I purchased was a 2011 Golf TDI 2 door at Emich. The car had not been PDI'ed yet, so I waited until the next day to pick up my new vehicle. I was called by Dave Guttenberg the day of pick up with a sincere apology that the car they had sold me was a special order from another customer, and they could not sell me that vehicle.

This is where an ordinary dealership would have dropped the ball and I would have found another, but Dave expressed his sincere desire to make this work. He wanted to find another car in the US that fit what I wanted. After a few calls back and forth (I didn't want to budge on my 2 door, United Grey preference) he located a car with Xenons, Dynaudio, Nav, Cold Weather (everything the 2011 had, plus Nav) and we moved forward with it. He arranged transport of the vehicle and we agreed on the same price that the 2011 would have been, making it easy to jump into it.

The TDI is wonderful, and Dave and Paul saved the deal and I stuck with Emich. Ron was my primary sales person, and he is great too, very knowledgeable, gives you the straight facts."

"Chris Condon's integrity, honesty and her commitment to the Emich family is what brought us to Emich VW. I had called her with questions about service contracts for our daughter's 07 Jetta that we had bought someplace else. She provided a lot of valuable information about a number of topics which is when I felt her sincerity. Even though she was preparing to go on vacation for 2 weeks she spent quite a bit of time satisfying my questions/concerns. She even sent a couple emails with more information.

I called Dave Maestas a few days later with questions that Chris's emails had generated and very impressed with his knowledge and honesty. He carries himself very well and comes across as more mature than his age would indicate. Dave hooked us up with Ron Epstein one evening when my wife and I came in to look at the possibility of affording a used Passat for her and I had asked him for sales person who wasn't going to be pushy. (I would have walked out at the first instance) We felt Ron listened to our concerns and answered all our questions and didn't once put any pressure on us. We kept Dave and Ron quite busy that evening with questions and concerns. They let us take our time even though the evening was getting late trying to work out the financing. They even let us put
$200 down to hold the 07 Passat while we checked with our credit unions on financing. We did end up using VW's financing as the extra 6 months you allowed made it more doable.

So far, I am very pleased with the experience with Emich VW and feel confident that if we have questions or problems in the future, we will get a straight answer and an honest deal with you. We will be purchasing our maintenance and service contracts at Emich because of Chris and Dave."
