Had a very pleasant service experience at Emich. Collin was my service tech and did an awesome job communicating with me the immediate needs of my vehicle. There is the bad stereotype of “stealership” services but the prices are very fair and the care and work that Emich techs put into your car are well worth it. No issues that “just popped up”/no overselling and very clear and communicative of what needs to get done and how it’s going. I’ll be going back for my next oil change and (fingers crossed I don’t need to) anything ...
I had decided to swap out a brand new 2019 alltrack 6 speed for a new 2020 Tiguan. Dave Williams picked up my call, and arranged for his crew to prep one of his models in inventory. As I parked, Dave was waiting at the door of the dealership (mind you this was at the end of the day) with the door open, his guys detailing the model, and all the paperwork prepped. I dropped my car off for recall service and my experience was excellent. Jered Beeman was my service advisor and he had my loaner car ready when I got there. He kept me up to date on the progress of the work and was very respectful of my time.
