Hello - service and communication was good. I was a little disappointed in the video received from the technician as all he did was tell me that he "checked out" elements of the vehicle without actually showing me. His camera was just facing the engine with the hood open the entire time. He had filters pulled and said they were dirty and need to be replaced without actually showing me one of the 2 filters to be replaced.
