My car had a transmission fluid leak under warranty. After a first attempt to fix it, it was still leaking. I brought it back in and was told Volkswagen only classifies a leak as a leak if it is “actively dripping”. Apparently my car’s transmission was only “seeping”. This is on a system that is sealed, there’s no way to check the levels and is only serviced every 40,000 miles. So, for 40,000 miles I’m supposed to be comfortable with a vital part of my car leaking with no way to tell if it’s about to fail due ...

Awesome customer service, friendly customer service reps, knowledgeable mechanics, and reasonable prices. I bring my car from a rural mountain community for service and it’s definitely worth the 2 1/2 hour drive. Also great that they have Saturday drop-in hours for when I cannot plan ahead.

Emich Volkswagen always does an excellent job. I’ve used them since 2010 for service for my Beetle. They are very helpful, reliable and thorough! My go to guy is Milo, but all their service staff is good. They provide Uber transportation when required, and even wash your car. I highly recommend them!
Can't say enough good things about this dealership. I was always a diehard Ford guy, after buying my very first brand new vehicle from Ford in 2021 and being treated as a nuisance more than a valuded customer I decided to start exploring other brands. Bought used from Emich back in October and had the greatest experience with the sales team and have received top notch treatment from the service team. Constant professionalism, respect, and honesty have earned them a customer for life with me, and a VW convert.
It’s always a pleasure to work with my dealership! This time was no different, with the added plus that on a last second visit on a Saturday, they still managed to find a loaner for me, which is truly above and beyond!

I hate visiting car dealerships, but meeting Drew at VW was awesome! Not only do him and his wife race cars professionally (which means he has a lot of great stories and car insider knowledge) - but he was very accommodating with our crazy family schedule and having the kids make a mess inside the dealership. We had a great time test driving (and eventually purchasing) the VW Buzz. The dealership is clean, has snacks, a kids area, and everyone was kind. We had a good experience there! I would recommend it.

Did a fast job working on my vehicle recalls. Really enjoyed the free inspection and video walk through. Staff was approachable, attentive, and competent. They overcharge and advise you fix things before it’s necessary but that’s the game of most dealerships.
This was the second vehicle we purchased from Emich VW and both experiences were great. Nermina is the best sales representative we’ve ever worked with and is very knowledgeable about what she’s selling. She was sure to show us all the features of our new ID Buzz and even took the time to sync my phone with the Buzz. I would highly recommend Emich and Nermina!

Good clean dealership, former new VW customer, and after my latest experience I’d probably only buy a VW here though. I just bought a one year old Audi and while it had an Emich hundred-fifty point inspection, it seems the inspected items weren’t done that well. The washer tank was likely refilled with water or non-winterized fluid as it froze in the past few days and stopped working on a snowy drive. Started working again after a night in a heated garage. The driver assistance computer was bad and not detected by the inspection, showing active faults. Also ...
