We've previously purchased a car here and used to always service our vehicles here. After moving north of Denver we started going to a different VW dealership for service and every time we went we either had scheduling issues or timing issues or something silly.
Recently we had a power train warning come up on our ID.4 and tried to take it to our normal service provider and we had our normal scheduling issues with them (even after booking online and talking to them on the phone).

I had the 10000 mile service covered for free as part of the lease agreement on my VW ID4 (an EV). The retail price of this service is over $200. The video they texted me showed all they did was check fluids. Emich has a very professional team but their services rates are way more than I would ever consent to paying for the value of the work provided.
I absolutely LOVE my new Tiguan! The time I spent shopping for a car here was very enjoyable. Dustin was the best! He was so kind and patient with me as I was trying to find my perfect car. He was very knowledgeable about each car and any questions I had. Great experience!
Really happy with the car & trim I ended up going with (2026 Volkswagen Taos SE), but I feel like they didn’t really go out of their way to help me with that decision, and I was mostly there to sell a car to & make a profit from. Which is fine & not a super big deal because I do love the car! It just wasn’t an extraordinary or overly personable experience.

Fast, professional, and accommodating. Emich VW’s service department is always really fantastic to work with. They do video inspections of your vehicle, so you know what’s working and what’s not, and they have a great waiting area for you to lounge or work in while you have work done on your vehicle. To start off, the reason for my visit was a fairly simple recall on my 2015 golf. I had procrastinated for over 2 years yet Emich’s scheduling system was very easy to use. In fact I could text back the technicians when I figured out it’s better to get the service I had with lower gas. After you drop off your car they send you links to comprehensive reports that give you awareness of what they check and see. After having a not so great experience at the dealership, I bought my car from, they were super helpful and even found me savings on the cost of repairs.

This dealership had my car for three days and handed it back with the real problem untouched. My Tiguan came here after a radiator job at Emich VW Boulder left it with a check engine light and a badly wobbling cooling fan. Their technician said the fan needed replacing, then the advisor told me it was "road debris," that the wobble was normal, and that my car is just old. I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Atlas to replace my 15-year-old Suburban. I found what I wanted online and was pleased to find the vehicle exactly as advertised when I arrived at the dealership. Mateo was very helpful during the purchase process and took the time after the sale to get me lined-out on the vehicle systems.
About 10 days after taking ownership, I found an unsafe repair to one of the tires (easily missed during inspection) and the service department got me a new tire installed while I waited.
