On time and friendly service, digital platform to see video of needed repairs and quoted items is very nice, and job is done right. Was also able to pick up the car on the same day of actual service even with delays from my communication at work.

Emich did a great job with recent work on my Tiguan. Jered was so easy to work with, communicative and went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. When there was a hiccup after the first work was done, they got me back in quickly and put in the time to ensure everything was looking good.
