After having a not so great experience at the dealership, I bought my car from, they were super helpful and even found me savings on the cost of repairs.
Overall good experience. The little bit of trouble we had with one of the finance managers being unnecessarily difficult, our salesman Ricky made up for it.

Service department is very professional and quick. Love that they provide a video and an online portal for updates and information about service repairs on your vehicle as well as an online payment option. The whole set up they provide makes the service seamless for the customer. Highly recommend!
This dealership had my car for three days and handed it back with the real problem untouched. My Tiguan came here after a radiator job at Emich VW Boulder left it with a check engine light and a badly wobbling cooling fan. Their technician said the fan needed replacing, then the advisor told me it was "road debris," that the wobble was normal, and that my car is just old. Jered the service manager are awesome! We purchased the windshield protection package with our ID4 and our windshield broke. The process was seamless and fast. I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Atlas to replace my 15-year-old Suburban. I found what I wanted online and was pleased to find the vehicle exactly as advertised when I arrived at the dealership. Mateo was very helpful during the purchase process and took the time after the sale to get me lined-out on the vehicle systems.
About 10 days after taking ownership, I found an unsafe repair to one of the tires (easily missed during inspection) and the service department got me a new tire installed while I waited.

Collin and the Emich VW Parts team were all incredible! I'm moving out of state in a few weeks, and a part they needed to fix my car was nationally back ordered. They, somehow, were able to secure a part and ensure that I will be able to move on-time! They are fantastic and highly recommend them to everyone looking for somewhere to get repairs done!
I went for an oil change and tire rotation, very fast and knowledgeable service department, they even do a video review on what has to be done on the car ( I only saw this at luxury brands like Lexus). The price was very reasonable, $180 compare with O’Meara VW Thornton who recently are charging you a standard $220 “diagnostic fee” from the beginning on top of the actual work. As well Emich offers loaners if you make an appointment.
I worked with Matteo today to purchase a Jetta. It was an exceptional process and the entire team handled the deal with precision and care from start to finish. Great car and honest people. I would highly recommend stopping by and asking for Matteo!

I live in Castle Rock and drive over 20 miles to take my car to Emich VW because they are that good. I love the videos they show you to explain issues with your vehicle. I have never felt like they were selling me anything for the sake of a sale. In the last 10 years I have lived in 3 different states and been to 4 different VW dealers (2 in CO). I started going to Emich at their old location around 9 years ago. Emich is probably my favorite dealership I have worked with. Milo is my advisor and he has been fantastic.
