I live in Castle Rock and drive over 20 miles to take my car to Emich VW because they are that good. I love the videos they show you to explain issues with your vehicle. I have never felt like they were selling me anything for the sake of a sale. In the last 10 years I have lived in 3 different states and been to 4 different VW dealers (2 in CO). I started going to Emich at their old location around 9 years ago. Emich is probably my favorite dealership I have worked with. Milo is my advisor and he has been fantastic.

We had some very specific needs for cargo space - carrying medical stock while also transporting kids to and from school. Dustin took the measurements of our largest stock bag, made a cardboard cut-out and produced a video showing us all the options we had to accommodate the stock in a VW Atlas. I brought my car in because it was making some annoying noises and had a few parts that weren't working properly, and the service I received from Jered was absolutely spectacular.
