Collin and the Emich VW Parts team were all incredible! I'm moving out of state in a few weeks, and a part they needed to fix my car was nationally back ordered. They, somehow, were able to secure a part and ensure that I will be able to move on-time! They are fantastic and highly recommend them to everyone looking for somewhere to get repairs done!
I went for an oil change and tire rotation, very fast and knowledgeable service department, they even do a video review on what has to be done on the car ( I only saw this at luxury brands like Lexus). The price was very reasonable, $180 compare with O’Meara VW Thornton who recently are charging you a standard $220 “diagnostic fee” from the beginning on top of the actual work. As well Emich offers loaners if you make an appointment.
I worked with Matteo today to purchase a Jetta. It was an exceptional process and the entire team handled the deal with precision and care from start to finish. Great car and honest people. I would highly recommend stopping by and asking for Matteo!

Walked in to explore some VW I.D4s and were greeted by friendly and no-pressure staff. Andy sold us a used ID4 and was very thorough and patient with us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and customer oriented. We had my 13 year old along and he stayed busy exploring the snacks, drinks, and vehicles in the showroom. Thanks Andy and team!

I live in Castle Rock and drive over 20 miles to take my car to Emich VW because they are that good. I love the videos they show you to explain issues with your vehicle. I have never felt like they were selling me anything for the sake of a sale. In the last 10 years I have lived in 3 different states and been to 4 different VW dealers (2 in CO). I started going to Emich at their old location around 9 years ago. Emich is probably my favorite dealership I have worked with. Milo is my advisor and he has been fantastic.

Brilliant customer service and massive shoutout to Dustin Souther at Emich VW. This guy goes the extra mile for you! We had some very specific needs for cargo space - carrying medical stock while also transporting kids to and from school. Dustin took the measurements of our largest stock bag, made a cardboard cut-out and produced a video showing us all the options we had to accommodate the stock in a VW Atlas. I brought my car in because it was making some annoying noises and had a few parts that weren't working properly, and the service I received from Jered was absolutely spectacular.
From the very beginning, Jered was incredibly attentive and maintained excellent communication with me, explaining everything clearly.

Recently purchased a certified pre owned Jetta S from Emich. I’m very pleased with the vehicle. It definitely surprised me with its legendary VW mpg’s.
